What this site is

An information and referral service. We are not a real estate brokerage, not licensed agents, and not a party to any transaction you enter into. We do not hold listings, handle client funds, or represent sellers.

Not advice

Everything published here is general information about how the Colombian property, visa and tax framework is structured. It is not legal, immigration, tax or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a Colombian lawyer, accountant or immigration specialist reviewing your specific situation. Rules and figures change; some change every January.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep figures current and sourced, and we date the ones that move. We can't guarantee that everything is accurate at the moment you read it. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll correct it.

Referrals

We introduce buyers to independent brokers. Those brokers are not our employees, agents or partners, and we are not responsible for their conduct, their advice, or the outcome of any transaction. Vetting reduces risk; it does not remove it. Do your own diligence, and use your own lawyer.

Referral fees

We receive a fee from the broker when a deal closes. You pay us nothing. This is disclosed throughout the site because it affects how you should read our recommendations.
